Refund Policy

Eminar Studios provides digital services, subscriptions, and virtual credits. Due to the nature of digital offerings, we follow the refund policy outlined below:

1. Non-Refundable Services

All payments made for:

  • Digital services
  • Subscriptions
  • Virtual credits
  • Premium features

are non-refundable once the service, access, or credits are delivered.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment for the same service
  • Technical failure where the purchased service or credits were not delivered

If eligible, refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to payment gateway timelines.

4. No Cash Value

Virtual credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or withdrawn.
