By accessing or using Eminar's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Description

Eminar provides marketing and promotional services specifically for GTA5 servers, including but not limited to:

• Player base growth campaigns
• Media partnerships and influencer outreach
• Social media marketing
• Community engagement strategies
• Analytics and performance tracking

3. User Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Payments are due as specified in your service contract
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• International payments are accepted via Wise/Payoneer; all fees are due in INR or USD as agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of or licensed to Eminar and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Service Guarantees and Limitations

While we strive to deliver excellent results:

• We cannot guarantee specific player growth numbers
• Results may vary based on server quality and market conditions
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any client
• Eminar acts as a marketing facilitator and does not host, modify, or manage game servers.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using all materials and content provided by Eminar.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eminar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service provision.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.Governed by the laws of India, Delhi jurisdiction

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
